Horizontal Rule

Is there a Horizontal Rule option for the version of xml we use?
<hr/> doesn't work.. nor does <hr></hr>.. and I can't find a reference in the wiki.. although I could have sworn I saw some used a while back in one of the rulesets.. so I'm stumped.

Blackfoot you can insert an inline image of a line in a referencemanual.
That is the only way.
