Problem with Calendar

I cant seem to set a time for my campaign in the calendar. I enter a Day, Month, and Time and click the brown arrow but it doesnt get posted. Is there a trick to scheduling a time?

I put my time in military format, like 1700 for 5 PM, and it works fine.
