in pathfinder the spells and ability on the action tab is not calculating abilities, like a breath weapon, its 10 + half hitdice/CL plus con, the problem is that where it say Base DC stat/misc/total the misc is not adding when it set to CL/2

the DC is 18 not 11

CL/2 uses the class level of the spellcaster class (set at the top by CL). Class DC uses the Base DC (Stat + misc bonus). It's calculating correctly. How is it supposed to be DC 18? According to the bonuses listed DC 11 is correct (10 plus your CL of 1 divided by 2 rounded down is 0, plus your Con bonus of +1 is 11).

That's not how it's designed. You can add save modifiers in this instance to the modifier in the save itself (the box after the CL/2 entry).

in 5th edition they have an "add power" in the action bar, pathfinder needs an "special attack", "spell like abilities" and "supernatural" in the action tab, or one that has all 3, theres no much more missing from your pathfinder

Add a new spell class, call it "Spell Like Abilities" and put spell like abilities in there? The same for special attacks and "supernatural" abilities. All that you're saying can be done in the already existing framework - just don't think of "spell" classes as just for spells.

Pathfinder has been around on Fantasy Grounds for many, many years - most users manage fine without claiming that there's "much more missing from ... Pathfinder". You can do a lot in the actions tab - give it a go!
