How to make an module work in several rule extensions

I was wondering if someone would tell me what the syntax is for making the DB text file in a module so it is able to be used in any ruleset. I tried just typing in ANY in place of the PFRPG but it didnt work. What are these syntax's?

Leave it out, IIRC.

Look at calendars.mod for an example.
