Assistant GM?

I think this was discussed a while ago, and perhaps added to a wishlist. But any new progress on something like this? Maybe not having 2 full GMs at once, due to server issues and such. But the ability to promote a player who is logged in to an 'assistant' role... giving them GM level map visibility, control over assistant assigned NPCs, etc.... would be fantastic.

There is no update that I'm aware of. I doubt this is anything you're going to see any time soon as it is a major architectural change for how FG handles data.

When you say "has there been any progress on this" I think the answer is no. To date the devs have not discussed adding this capability.
