rulesets have disappeared

Hello,

I recently upgraded my licence to an ultimate licence, now I can not open any campaigns I have created, and when I go to create a new campaign the rulesets I have purchased are not listed. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure you've followed the instructions here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/wiki/index.php/Setup_Tutorial

In step 5 clear your current user name and password and re-enter them.

And make sure the run an update at the end (step 9).

After updating, verify that the top right corner of the main FG startup screen shows v3.3.7 ULTIMATE

Thanks for the help, I think that issue seems to have been resolved, however when I try to open a campaign it now seems to be crashing and when I try to create a new campaign it says its missing child ruleset corerpg

Delete the corerpg.pak file (ruleset or vault folder, not sure which) and re-run the update.

I deleted from ruleset folder and ran update, everything seems to be working now.
