View Full Version : A Time of War (Mechwarrior RPG) Dice Commands

What would be the best dice command in either CoreRPG or MoreCore to emulate the A Time of War diceset? It is a 2d6 mechanic with only five Target Numbers (7, 8, 9, 12, 18). There are Success/Failure Levels as well measured as MoS or MoF in increments (i.e. +1, -2, +3, -4, etc.)?

You'll need to write a custom dice handler for this. It could be done in CoreRPG or MoreCore - but More Core is better for this type of thing and has lots of example dice handler scripts.

Don’t forget DORCore. It has awesome dice capabilities built in and it brings support for the awesome DOE extensions (which absolutely don’t work with MoreCore
