Initiative adjustment extension?

Would it be possible to have a extension that multiplies all initiatives by 10 when they are rolled? Makes it easier with more gaps between characters to allow for changes in initiative for readied and delayed actions.

Are you aware of that you can type arbitrary decimal numbers like 21.3, 21.32 etc into the initiative counter? :) I only tested it for the first number after the dot but the ordering seems to respect also the numbers after the dot :) So one does not need multiplications by 10 to get these positions because they are already there :)
