Storm Kings Thunder Missing the Reference Manual

I'd like to read SKT. Sometimes it's just easier to read the book as the publisher composed it. With most of the other books I've purchased through FG, I'm able to just open up the Reference Manual and "read the book".

There is no Reference Manual available for SKT. Is there some otherway to just read the book that I am missing. I am not the most adept FG user, so it's highly likely that I'm missing something here.

The best I can figure out so far is to open up the Story. This gives the general outline to follow, but doesn't compose the pages with all the images, tables, etc embedded into the page content.

No, there isn't a ref manual in SKT (yet). The only other way to read it is via the Story entries. Access the (Contents) story entry to get an index by chapter. Open the chapter and then you can click the next or previous button to flip between the entries.
