login failed trying to use PHB from steam

i have sent a email since i have been having an issue but maybe someone else can fix this befor i get a response. under purchases login i hit manage and put in my user name and password click "OK" and get login failed. I have reset my password as well as re linked my steam account both of these have given me no change. it shows the player handbook as not installed when i launch fantasy grounds

under purchases login i hit manage and put in my user name and password click "OK" and get login failed.
This user login has to be successful - otherwise the FG updater won't know what purchases you have. The username is your FG forum username (Lanon) and the password the one you use to login to these forums.
