I cant recover my account or cancel my monthly sub i need help

yea ever time i try to reset my other accounts password the link it gives me just redirects me to the forum page telling me i need to sign in. also im having a ton of trouble cancelling my sub. i havent had a card linked to my paypal for months now but im still being charged and i cant find a way to cancel it on my paypal account

For the accounts question you may need to contact [email protected]. Sounds like you have set up two accounts with the same email address possibly. Information on cancelling your subscription in PayPal here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/faq.php?faq=license_and_purchasing_issues#faq_canc elsub It has to be cancelled via PayPal - if you have issues with PayPal please check with PayPal support/customer service.

Paypal payments are setup on the Paypal side.
Login on your Paypal account and go here: https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/
Only you/paypal can cancel that.

Yea I tried man, I have 2 emails and 2 PayPal accounts. Neither of them have any active monthly stuff going so I'm not sure whats up. I'm just going to cancel the card that its going on and get a new one
