i need help and dont know how to use forms

I need help as a customer and sick of trying to figure this form crap out. i stream a game and after updates for 2 week we have not been able to play. so we now switched to D&D beyond thanks for wasteing my 100s of $$$. Hit me up in with an email customer service please you should have it!!!
