Difficulty finding a specific graphic

hi everyone, I am building a custom ruleset and cannot seem to locate this graphic for modification. Can someone please help me?

When I set up my own spell descriptions, my new info gets plugged into the d20 spell description window. The problem is the spell structure is different with only similar detail.

The graphic is the "titlebox.png" located in your rulesets\{ruleset_name}\data\frames folder.

If you are trying to modify the text, the file you need is the "d20_reference.xml" that is located in your \rulesets\{ruleset_name}\database folder.
