lost my key to ultimate license

Some years ago I bought on STEAM a standard license. I upgrade it directly to ultimate by buying a key to the fantasy ground store.

I buy a new computer, I Install fantasy ground from steam. But I can not find my key to go from standard to ultimate. If I look in the setting of the old computer. I can not see the key because it is hidden by ******. Someone can help me?

It should be in your order history on the FG Store; https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/orders.xcp

If its not there, you can reach out to SmiteWorks at [email protected] and they can look it up for you.

Just in case you are trying to upgrade via the upgrade button - don't. Once you have obtained your key from the store go into settings and enter that key and only that key in the top box. Leave the second box blank. Then update FG to finalise things.
