Connecting to the Game

I've got all updates. I try to hit join game. Then the host address but I can't connect.

I've downloaded and have logmein hamachi working.

There is 3 of us, I'm on the same network as the host.

When I'm at home, on a different network I'm able to join but it's not working from this other location.

please help.

If you are on the same network as the host use the hosts local IP address rather than the external IP address or alias.
