I want to use the Shadowrun 4e ruleset for a campaign in FG. However there isn't much content included. Are there any premade shadowrun mobs and parcels out there for us to use?

Not familiar enough with Shadowrun for specifics, but generally...

Content for games is protected by Intellectual Property laws, and therefore can not be shared (unless their is some sort of community content agreement or open license).
