Hello, I am playing in a DM's campaign. He has ultimate and I am just a demo player. I want to make an Unearthed Arcana Theurge. What do I need to buy so I can make that and then transfer it to his campaign? I am sure he could make it, but I don't want him to have extra work and make it more difficult for him.

I know I need to access the Library SRD Data Module and copy the wizard class. Then alter it from that I suppose. So I just need to know what I need to buy to do that thanks! I was thinking all I needed was probably the player handbook module and then some sort of subscription, but I am not 100% sure.

TYVM!

EDIT: I just found unearthed Arcana in FG for $1! That might be all I need! So I bought it and gifted it to the DM.

You could probably get by with the standard license (comes with the SRD) and then this video https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=rV0vH1eeUZM.

Hey Schizo

Im not sure if the Theurge is in the Fantasy Grounds Unearthed Arcana. It is only licensed for material from mid or late 2017.
You can only buy 5e material if you have a FG license of your own (sub or outright).

You should have a look at these videos:

And you can enter it yourself.

OK the Theurge is not in it lol. It as only $1 and he still didn't have it, so it will be good for other stuff. I will try the standard like was suggested! TYVM for all the help everyone!

It wont be in the Standard License either.
It will need to be manually entered.

The 5E ruleset is actually pretty flexible without going to extremes. I've found adding gear, weapons, armor, player races, backgrounds and classes to be relatively straight forward. One thing I did learn was to do all my development on a single campaign so that when I export it I can create just one module. I started off by adding whatever I needed into whatever campaign I happened to be in and then ended up with a bunch of different modules that I needed to load. So save some trouble and keep it all in one place.

I posted this video literally two days ago. This is exactly what you need https://youtu.be/41iLqYUGH34

I recommended standard licence and https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=rV0vH1eeUZM. If just recall correctly you need standard to export.
