Morning, all. So, I'm really interested in SotDL and have the core rulebook, several adventures and supplements. I know the ruleset is in process, but until that is complete, we can use MoreCore. I haven't run a game yet, but I am getting close! As I have looked at MoreCore and available extensions, I thought I'd share what I plan to use for my games when I gm in the event it helps anyone else think about how to setup their session.
Games Setup
To start with, grab one of the SotDL themes!
SotDL Themes (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?35056-MoreCore-Themes)
Download the most recent MoreCore Ruleset and read the document that describes what is included in the ruleset. There is quite a bit and boons/banes are supported which is awesome.
MoreCore Ruleset (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?34860-MoreCore-Ruleset)
Note that you can also create an easy challenge roll using the following which is already built into morecore:
/sthrow 1d20>9
If you create the roll above, it will show in the chat if it is a "success" or "failure". You can also roll your boon or bane first and then click on a challenge roll and it works.
Download some of the starting character sheets I put together here:
Starting Character Files (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?44604-SotDL-Starting-Character-files)
Consider downloading and modifying the theatrical maps Doug put together. I changed the image and headings to account for melee, close, medium and long range. I will use these when battle maps aren't feasible or necessary (e.g. perhaps smaller combats). See my video below for what mine look like.

Options:
In the options menu, I am going to use CT: manual turn tracker (GM and player) and I've "turrned on" a fifth column in the CT. I am going to use these together to deal with the concept of Fast and Slow turns. The manual turn tracker lets me check off when a player has completed their turn. I'm going to use the fifth column and mark it "f/s". If a player is taking a fast turn they will leave the column at 0 and if they decide to take a slow turn we will mark it with a "1". Then I will set the order by putting players as a 1 for initiative (order column) if fast, monsters at 1.1 if they are fast and I will set players at 2.0 if they are slow and monsters at 2.1. (Note that I hanged the initiative order to ascending). I'll see how this works in practice. I might be overcomplicating things here...
Extensions:
Currency Labels - I'll use this extension so that the party sheet will show the correct monetary currency. I just cracked open the extension and updated the labels to the following: "GC" (gold crown), "SS" (silver shilling), "CP" (copper penny) and "BS" (bits)

DOE: Sounds - Of course I want sounds in my game so I will load this and the DOE: Base. Here is a link to the general page for all of Dulux-Oz's extensions:

MUSE - Map Unit Settings: This wonderful extension by Celestian lets you change the standard distance for a square so you can judge range. I am using 1 yd as everything in SotDL is in yds. So, now you can more easily track speed and range.

Universal Module: This beautiful extension by damned let's you open modules even if they are specific to a ruleset (e.g. 5e). So, a good example of a use is to be able to open maps in MoreCore. Note that not everything will work, but for the maps alone it is very useful.

Other extensions that might be useful can all be found on the CoreRPG extension page here:
Other Useful Extensions (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?20320-CoreRPG-Community-Extensions)
Just a quick couple that I find really useful are Moodlighting (to set a really creepy mood for SotDL) and Message of the Day so you can have a pop-up message upon players connecting to you in FG.
I prepared a quick video to show what this looks like in FG for those interested. You can find it here:

I hope you find something of use in this! I've enjoyed setting this up and now its time to run a game! :)
