Jen Page will be joining us beginning November 1st as a new Graphics Designer and Marketing Specialist.
You will be seeing her on our various channels and seeing her work in our newsletters and in future versions of Fantasy Grounds. She has worked at Wizards of the Coast and Microsoft in Graphics Design and UI/UX design. She has also worked in film and cosplay settings, including The Gamers: Dorkness Rising, Chop Socky Boom, The Gamers: Hands of Fate and Chaldea. She is a gamer, through-and-through.

It also looks like I may have somehow forgotten to share the news (on the forums) of another hire back in July. We added Ryan Nohr as a Sr. Software Developer working on Unity 3D. Ryan is an experienced software developer with experience with LAMP and Unity3D. He is working primarily on our new updater engine to support our shared update system across Fantasy Grounds Classic and Fantasy Grounds Unity. He will be working out of Wisconsin.

Great news on both counts!

Excellent getting such a well known and talented artist as Jen on board. It was only yesterday I saw she was looking for new opportunities - you don’t hang around! :-)

I remember Jen from "The Gamers".

She's been doing UI/UX work? If she can create better stock icons and graphics, it's a win as those are super aged. Looking forward to your stuff Jen.

Welcome to Jen and Ryan, and glad that Smiteworks is in a position to grow the team! And much appreciation to the more vintage members and contributors as well! ;-)

Congrats on the new hires. Jen sounds like someone who'll have a lot to bring to Smiteworks. UI could always use some polish and marketing for FG is something that can always been improved on.

And don't worry about Ryan. Software engineers are used to being forgotten about, locked away in the sunless basement of the company, talked about in hushed whispers, who's existence is mostly rumored on rather than known for sure, and when rarely seen no one really knows exactly what they do.

Let's not forget Laszlo.
