steam key and ultimate key issues

I have bought the fantasy grounds key and ultimate bundle on steam and they do not work.

By the way first, where do I put each of the keys in the two spaces and do I put the hifens in as well, guys help me here I can't activate the keys

From FG launch screen, click on Settings then put the key in License Key field at the top. Add in your forum id and password in the appropriate area and then do an update.

No, you only put the Ultimate key in the top License Key field and leave the other field blank. The second upgrade field is only for upgrading from a special kind of license (called "Lite") that hasn't been sold in years, but is still supported.
