all modules with '<ruleset>Any</ruleset>' are not showing up

Monster Pogs, Player Pogs, etc. I noticed this when trying to get my spell effects icons to load - but none of the mods that have 'any' as a ruleset are working - all modules with a ruleset specifically listed are working fine.

Are you trying to activate them from Library -> Modules, or from Tokens -> Modules? This makes a difference - token only modules are only visible if you go to module activation from the Tokens window.
