Extension for custom desktop and/or decal

Since the ruleset is encrypted, I can't see the code, but at least I can easily browse the content to identify folders, images and script files.

Decal is decals/desktopdecal_coc
Desktop files are in frames/desktop.jpg and .png?

Are those the files I need to overwrite in my custom extension?
