I paid for the Ultimate Subscription Package, however I never received the activation key by email, its not listed under the stores order history, nothing is linked to either of my PayPal accounts, but the charge is on my card. What do I need to do to correct this?

Sometimes the order e-mails get blocked or sent to spam by e-mail providers. Make sure to check your Order History in the FG Store to see if it is already set up.
