Unable to Create window with data source

I was going to upload a picture but cant so. When some put a link to their spell or skill theres a red wolf head. when anyone else clicks it other than dm show the error mentioned

typically players cannot share - the GM may have to share that record.

Depending what record it was, the player can share it - right-click on the open record and select "Share Sheet". This works for most records on the charcter sheet: spells, items, feats, abilities, etc - the player opens that record from the character sheet and shares via the right-click menu.
