Players sharing images?

I am interested to know whether players can share images via FG. I tried doing this myself connecting to my server as a player and couldn't find a way to do so, therefore I assume the answer is no, but I was wondering whether I've missed something.

GM can share images. Player's can share notes by making them public.

Players can share URLs in the chat window, if they just want to share a link. (Very common in my sessions.)
