Missing paid content after reinstall.

I cannot find/access mt 5e PHB. I reinstalled on my laptop. I purchased from web store. I cleared my login and reloged in. still no book.

After re-entering your credentials and clicking OK and getting a success, did you run an Update?

Make sure you have entered the correct key in the top box only in settings and that you are using the correct login and password. On the start screen it should say v3.3.6A. If it says DEMO then you haven’t installed correctly most likely because some of the above information is incorrect
