You have advantage on saving throws against being poisoned, and you have resistance to poison damage.
You are immune to disease.
You don’t need to eat, drink, or breathe.
You don’t need to sleep and don’t suffer the effects of exhaustion due to lack of rest, and magic can’t put you to sleep.

EFFECT:
Warforged; ADVSAV: poison; RESIST: poison; IMMUNE: disease, sleep

The part I think is wrong is ADVSAV: poison.

Is there a way to even get a particular damage type saving throw? I don't know that FG has any way to handle that, so ADVSAV: poison is really just a note at this point.

Nope. FG doesn't recognize poison as a save type. Just make a reminder type effect if you want something in the CT or just have the player remember it.

The trick is making an "ends after 1-roll" effect you can have the player trigger before an enemy activates an attack with a poison save effect. Otherwise it only works when you tell them to actively roll the save. So if a snake bites them the advantage won't be there unless you have that effect they can trigger ahead of time.
