books not appearing on new install

Hi

I installed FG on a new labtop and linked it to my piazo and steam accounts. The books purchased from steam are updated as they should but the ones bought with pdf discount from piazo are not. I synced and it says the links are added but they do not download in the updater. Any help apreciated.

Go into settings and delete your username from the box. Click on manage and re-enter your credentials before re-syncing. Then do an update.

As Zacchaeus mentions - re-enter your FG login details in the Settings window. Don't just delete your user name, press the "Clear" button on the Fantasy Grounds Account window first.

Also, check your Order History for your FG account - the link is in the Store menu at the top of this page. Do you see the relevant products you've purchased in the order history? If so, is it just the Paizo one's you've purchased on the FG store that you're missing when you update, or others?
