Newbie looking for D&D 5e game to play in

I am completely new to FG but am interested in playing, purchased the Ultimate License through Steam.
I have experience in the old school paper/tabletop AD&D (25 years ago) and the current 5E, but not with playing online (either within Fantasy Grounds or using Discord server stuff (that used for voice chat?)).
Any available games for me to join in?

First off, congrats on making it to the finish line. Hopefully your retirement will be filled with much combat and looting.

Second, I have a group of 2-3 that are looking to get a game running on a weeknight. Only issue is finding a DM. I'll keep searching for a reliable DM and will keep you in mind if i come across one. 2 of my 3 are brand new players to FG and D&D so it'll be a learning experience for all but that doesn't mean it can't be fun.

And Finally, if you are interested in learning the basics, I would suggest hitting up the Fantasy Grounds College on Discord (the thingy that we typically use for chat). It is a free group that hosts classes on how to do everything from character creation to combat to exploration.
