You get a set of rules similar but you don't get the Players Handbook with the subscription. Now once you join a game your DM may have this book and you can create a character on their server. You can always google the feats and then right click and choose "create item" and copy paste the information for the feat you want on your Abilities page.
I assume you are making a character in 5E?
If you go to the Library Button then click on Modules in the bottom left corner you can load all the "Rulesets" that come with the Standard Subscription.

Please confirm which ruleset you're looking at so we can be more accurate in our assistance.
If 5E you get a good set of data to get going - activate either the Basic Rules or SRD modules from the module activation window.
If you're looking at Pathfinder or 3.5E, activate the Basic Rules module.
These will give you a lot of data to start with. You don't need to go off googling for a lot of data, it will be in the modules. Depending on the RPG system, the included modules might not have everything (based off the licensing model used for the RPG system in question) - and then you may want to consider picking up the full product from the store (PHB for 5E, Core Rules for Pathfinder, etc.).
