unloading all loaded modules each log in

Everytime my friend logs in, he has to reload all the modules again. Any ideas folks?

He does not have read/write permissions to his Fantasy Grounds Data folder so the session-data is not being saved.

I had similar issue with the program unable to save user's preferences and hotkeys. She was running macOS and the machine had to be restarted before it was solved. It was a weird permission issue, though I didn't understand why reboot helped - the ACEs on the folder's ACL were right...
