I got annoyed by the action tab spell windows not being able to be locked, so I fixed it.
Included edits:
Adds a lock button to the spell information window accessible from the character actions tab.
This extension has been made to be compatible with version 3.3.6 and will work for both 3.5e based rulesets and Pathfinder RPG based rulesets.
This overwrites the windowclass spelldesc2.
