Format display for newly created items

Hello all,

I am in the process of converting a 5e module. It has a couple of magic items that I need to create. I'd like to make the output look like the magic items in the official 5e FG sets: how to I get the item type and rarity to appear as a sub-title below the item name, as opposed to list text below?

I'm not sure you can. The output for some of the 5e stuff uses an internal tool which outputs magic items like that
