When I go to create a table and format it, only ctrl tab works, ctrl + and ctrl - don't adjust the column width anymore.

At least not in 5e D&D (but I assume the issue persists elsewhere)

It can be a little awkward. Make sure you have the text cursor within one of the table cells. There is also a minimum and maximum column width that you can size to.

Text cursor is in the cell and it has been tried with multiple cell counts/widths.

Edit:
Wait a minute... I see what is happening now, it works... just not with the numpad + - buttons... Rather with the dash and equals buttons on the 0-10 row instead.

This is very common... I dont know why there is a difference but there is.

Windows generates what are called "key press codes" for each unique key. So it's probably that the FG engine was never coded to act on the codes generated from the number pad. I suspect Moon could verify. Perhaps something for the wishlist if it's as "simple" as that. (Which I don't expect anything to be simple!)

In that case the reference document should be updated to the correct keys, as ctrl shift + isn't used, it is ctrl = that is used to make things larger.
