In the options - Token (GM) Token: Show Name - Tooltip

Is anyone having the issue that when you have the creatures 'Unidentified' in the tracker, when the above option is set, the tooltip identifies the creature ?

Nope, I can't reproduce this. Unidentified creatures show as unidentified no matter what the Token: Show option is. Are you using any extensions?

One of your many extensions probably conflicts.

Indeed, as JohnD says. Try in a new campaign without extensions to see if the problem goes away. If it does then re-enable each extension you use one at a time until you find the culprit.
