Two players with subscriptions to FG looking to either add our characters backstory to an already ongoing campaign, or begin anew with a fresh group! Could you be the DM/group we're looking for?

We prefer a good balance between combat and rich, well established lore/plot/storylines. We're both avid writers ourselves and are creative with well-practiced imaginations. We are also both D&D vets, been playing for quite some time, though only just recently got back into the game and have grown rather comfortable with the simple and streamlined way 5e works. The last campaign we were in was completely 100% homebrew after being structured around besom, and things got convoluted and far too complicated with the custom character sheets made in google spreadsheet, it took the 'fun' aspect out of the game.

We'd like to make this a long-term commitment. One-off games can be fun under the right circumstance, but we're really in it for the long haul. We'd like to get comfortable and settle into a group and a world that we can immerse in, build friendships in, and basically just develop in. We want to find a game that we can look forward to every week, without having to look ahead and think "Well, this is it, last game."

The pair of us both have pretty decent microphones (blue yetis) and Discord is our weapon of war when it comes to voice chat. Gotta love that push-to-talk! <3

We both have experience using the Fantasy Grounds app, character creation/building. I currently am working on creating custom classes to fit our characters (based off of their previous homebrew character sheets), that are balanced within the myriad of other D&D classes already in existence.

My character is a shaman(custom build) with ranger subclass, his is a barbarian/fighter hybrid (with custom berserker subclass). Any details you're curious or concerned about, please don't hesitate to ask! We're both friendly and would love to answer questions and address concerns. Communication is key!

Between the two of us, we have over 20yrs of D&D experience and though we may be a bit rusty on older edition builds, we've gotten to know 5e and are both easily adaptable! Thanks for your time! :3
