Hi all,

I am currently having issues trying to get FG to work on my computer. I can get the program to load, but when I generate test within the load campaign option, it always fails. I have logged into the canyouseeme.org and put in port 1802 and the connection fails. I went into my firewall settings and set up a port forwarding rule for 1802 to always allow in both tcp and udp. The connection still fails. I have turned off windows defender firewall and the connection still fails. I am using an UBEE DVW32CB model modem. Here is the result of my tracert 8.8.8.8 -

Is your network set as private? Is the campaign running when you check with canyouseeme.org?

My network was set to public and the campaign wasnt running when I tried. I just made my network private and loaded the campaign and tried canyouseeme.org again and same issue.

Welcome to the forums.

Please post a screenshot of the port forwarding rule you setup in your router.

Check the IP Address that FG reports and logon to the router and view its Internet/WAN address and compare.
If they are the same - turn on UPnP, remove any Port Forwarding rules you have setup for FG and then reboot the router.
