About me: We're a group of friends who have (mostly) taken turns playing GM in different 5E games within our group and are looking to find a GM due to busy schedules or other campaigns. We know GM's are hard to come by and are willing to pay for picking up our group. Personally I like to play with home brew content, so we're looking for someone who is willing to work with that. We have people who are newer to role play but that is an interest in our group, as well as downtime activities and the survival aspect of the game.

When you say Homebrew content, what do you mean exactly? Do you mean additional content from outside of the published adventure, like NPCs and situations, or do you mean like custom made magic items, rules, class abilities, and/or unearthed arcana variations?
