Hi, all.

Following a fresh re-install of Windows, Fantasy Grounds appears to not be accepting my Ultimate License key. It only allows me to open Demo campaigns. I've tried a reinstall. No go.

Can anyone help?

Make sure you run an update after entering your license key - which is 5 sets of alphanumberic characters separated by a dash. That is: xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx

Ensure there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the key. Then run an update. And after updating - check to see what the version number is in the top right corner of the main FG launch screen - it should show v3.3.5 ULTIMATE.

Comes up as v.3.3.5 Player, not ultimate. Weird.

Just check the store history. I'm definitely using my ultimate license and the software says it's 3.3.5 Player. In fact, I never had a Player license.

Ah, I figured it out. I was entering the old Ultimate "subscription" license rather than the non-subscription version.
