Call of Cthulhu 7 with Pulp Hero - character skills blank

I loaded all the modules, updated FG; go to manage character and create new character; enter stats, select occupation and add it to personal tab; open and unlock it, select occupation skills, lock it, go to skills tab, its blank. I hit edit icon, still blank.

From tutorial links it looks kike I should see skills...

Call of Cthulhu 7 doesn't fully work in Manage Characters.

Create a new Call of Cthulhu campaign and do your character management in there.
