A friend is not able to accept connection ... he set up his modem like this (attached) and still fails the connection test, any ideas?

Other things to check are that his network is set to private and that his Anti Virus is set up with a rule for Fantasy Grounds.

Leave "WAN Host Start IP Address" and "WAN Host End IP Address" blank.

Thanks for help. The problem was solved by the suport of internet provider. Some internet providers here in Brazil control the opening of modem ports....

Trenloe is correct also.
However Brazil is pretty much all controlled by the ISP too!
