Does anyone have a link to a working mod to create a Mystic from Unearthed Arcana?

Not that I know of. The UA Mystic is protected by copyright so it can not be distributed.

Unfortunately WotC don't want the old UA stuff distributed. Your best option these days is to grab the pdf from them and follow Zacc's class creation guide.

Yep. You can search the forums here and find a lot of discussion on the Mystic. And the numerous attempts to try and provide something that doesn't violate copyright.

Yeah, the mystic doesn’t fit into the standard creation...

You can set up the psionic powers as spells or class features, and track the psi points the same way a paladin would track their daily pool of lay-on-hands hp's. It might not be especially pretty, but it would work.
