Morning, all! So, sometimes when I stream I struggle with the volume of the one-shot sounds in Syrinscape. They can be extremely loud and jarring. I don't necessarily want to reduce all of the sounds in Syrinscape as the moods are at a pretty good volume. I just want to limit the extremely loud sounds. Although Syrinscape is coming up with individual volume sliders for one-shots, I came up with another workaround until that happens or just as an alternative to individually changing each one-shot slider. Basically I'm using a free VST host (mini-host modular) and a VST limiter (Loudmax) to ensure that no sound coming through Syrinscape comes through above a certain level.
I just created and uploaded a video to youtube to show how I do it. It isn't my best work as I need to leave my house so I was in a hurry but wanted to get it out there. I should have reduced the overall volume of Syrinscape when I was talking but I think you'll get the point and I didn't want to do another take!
Hope it helps some of you.
