If I purchase the Unearthed Arcana for $1, will it contain the Mystic class? The free one I got from Steam is missing 99% of the content from the book...

Book? Which book? The only UA book Iknow of is from 2E, and this is not that.

The UA in the FG Store and the Steam Store for FG is exactly the same. Their is no difference.

That being said, the UA product for FG includes all the Unearthed Arcana released on or after January, 2018. (see product description)
All of the UA articles and content by WotC before that date is NOT included.
