Player view tabs in Story, Images, etc

Partly because I hate scrolling a huge list of items, and partly because I'm a very organized person, I've created a number of tabs in Story, Images, and the like. However, it seems the records I share with my players do not get organized into the tabs I've created and they don't seem to have the ability to create their own tabs. So their view of these is a huge list.

Am I missing something? Should they see my tabs? I don't see any settings I can change for that.

The group information will only appear if the data is in a module, and that module is opened by the player. Sharing individual records don't contain group information.
