Need help with reinstall

My husband is running just the demo version of FG to play with me on a laptop with Windows 10 pro. He can't get it to run, it keeps asking for a license key, crashing, etc. We need a fresh install, with everything uninstalled first. There is no uninstall in any FG folders, and can't do it from the control panel. How do we fix this?

Try running the installation from here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/filelibrary/FGWebInstall.exe When it asks for a license key, don't enter one - that will keep it as the demo version.

Also, you can go to the folders specified by the application directory and data directory to delete all the files to completely erase the files, prior to the install.

A couple other notes:
* The existence of the FantasyGrounds.exe file in the application directory is what determines whether a full install is performed, or just an update.
* If you are getting the license dialog when you start and the License Key is blank in the Settings, then you have the wrong executable.
* Check the path of the shortcut you are using the start Fantasy Grounds. It sounds like you might potentially have 2 installs (one where the shortcut points, and a different one where the new installs are going).
