How many clients?

How many clients can connect to a server? Is there a limit? Couldn't find an answer on the forums. We have been running 7 clients with a server with no issues and I am just wondering now.

There is no hard limit. Depends on hardware and bandwidth. I've heard of someone playing a game with 12 clients connected.

I thought I read somewhere that the maximum number of clients was 16. But I could be wrong. In any case, who is realistically going to want to exceed that in an RPG?
