Edited extension not showing up

I recently edited an excellent little functioning extension for Rolemaster RMC (RMUMods.ext) to change the icons within (no other changes made). I replaced the original extension with my edited version, but when I loaded FG to test it, I was not given the option to load it at start-up.

I used 7 zip to open and re-zip the file if this makes a difference.

I hope someone has come across this issue and has resolved it.

Dont zip the parent folder up - just its contents.
