Making items weapons etc armor that are drag droppable?

So i am trying to create an item library. Is there a way to create weapons to make them drag drop at all? I figured there would be a tab or something. However, I only see a Group, Cost, Weight and description window?

With running Rifts it would be nice to be able to Enter weapons for drag drop. Is that possible?
