Excel to FG Table?

I have several Excel tables that I use during gameplay to generate various descriptions. It works great when I just want to talk about the place or person. But I am wondering if there is a way to import a simple Excel table into an FG table so I can export it as text or even a treasure parcel? When you look at the format of the FG table and a simple Excel table it looks like it ought to be simple....but who knows?

Are we talking rollable tables (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?40812-5E-Table-Importer) or text only (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?40821-CSV-Table-Paster-Community-Extension-Early-Access-release) tables. One of those should be what you need.
